Information and redemption conditions for gift vouchers

This is how the gift voucher purchase works:

Send the voucher directly by email or print it out and hand it over in person. This is how it works:

1. Choose a voucher motif.
2. Use the selection menu to determine the value of the gift voucher.
3. Then simply click on "Add to cart" and complete the ordering process as usual.
4. We will send you the gift voucher after confirmed payment by email.

How do I redeem the gift voucher?

Enter the voucher code in the "Vouchers" field at the beginning of the shopping cart or in the last step of the order and click the arrow or on "Redeem". The voucher amount will be included in the total in the shopping cart. You can undo the entry before completing the order by clicking on the "X" in the price list.

Redemption conditions:

1. These terms and conditions for gift vouchers apply to all vouchers purchased in our online shop at https://geschenkemitmusik.de/ were purchased.
2. Vouchers can only be purchased in our online shop at https://geschenkemitmusik.de/ Redeemed via the online shopping cart provided. Redemption by telephone, letter, fax or email is not possible.
3. The vouchers are valid for three years.
4. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. Subsequent offsetting is not possible.
5. Vouchers and remaining credit on vouchers can be redeemed until the end of the third year after the year in which the voucher was purchased. Any remaining credit will be credited to your voucher account until the expiry date - provided you have a customer account in our shop.
6. Vouchers can only be used to purchase goods and not to purchase additional vouchers.
7. If the value of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the payment methods we offer can be selected to pay the difference.
8. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
9. The balance of a gift voucher will not be paid out in cash and will not accrue interest.
10. The gift voucher is transferable.
11. Our general terms and conditions and data protection provisions also apply to the redemption of vouchers.
